Welcome to STAMPPET. We built this tool to help you put your pets on cool stuff. By using our website and buying our merch, you agree to these ground rules. We’ve kept them as simple and readable as possible.

1. What You Can (and Can’t) Upload

Our AI is trained and tuned for pets. If you try to upload a photo of a person, a celebrity, a copyrighted logo (like Mickey Mouse), or anything else, the AI will probably just distort it into something weird anyway.

  • Manual Review: We are real humans, and we manually check every single design before sending it to our local print shop.

  • Our Right to Cancel: If we see a design that includes offensive material, hate speech, or obvious copyrighted stuff, we will deny the service. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order that violates these rules before it gets printed.

2. Who Owns the AI Art?

We don’t claim ownership of the stylized images our system generates of your pet. Furthermore, under current laws, images generated purely by AI generally cannot be copyrighted by anyone.

  • Saving the Image: Our site is built to print these designs on physical products, so we don’t offer a “download image” button. However, if you want to right-click and save the image to your computer while you’re playing around with the styles, go for it. We don’t mind.

3. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because every single item is custom-made specifically for you (with your pet’s actual face on it), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size. Please double-check the sizing charts before you check out!

  • Defective Items: If we messed up, we’ll make it right. If your hoodie arrives torn, the print is blurry, or the product is defective, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to let us know.

  • How to get a replacement: Email us at help@stamppet.com with a clear photo of the defect, and we will get a replacement sent out to you or issue a refund.

4. Order Cancellations & Changes

Once an order goes into production at our Brooklyn print shop, we can’t stop it.

  • Because we manually review designs, orders usually don’t go into production until the following day.

  • If you need to cancel or change your order (like fixing a typo in your shipping address or swapping a size), email us at help@stamppet.com immediately. If the order hasn’t gone to print yet, we are happy to cancel or update it for you.

5. Your Account

You need an account to use the STAMPPET generator. This stops bots from abusing our system and running up our AI costs. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you want us to delete your account at any time, just ask.

6. The Standard Legal Stuff

We provide this service “as is.” While we try our best to make sure the website is always running smoothly and the AI is working perfectly, we can’t guarantee there won’t occasionally be bugs or downtime. We are not liable for any damages that come from using our site.
