Overview
At STAMPPET, every item is uniquely custom-printed to order. Because each piece of apparel is personalized specifically for you, we do not hold inventory or resell items. As a result, all sales are final. We cannot accept general returns, exchanges, or process refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or changes of mind.
Exceptions: Defective Products or Printing Errors
We stand behind the quality of our apparel and our local printing process. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, physical damage, or a clear printing error (e.g., the wrong design was printed, or the print is flawed), we take full responsibility.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may choose between:
- A full refund for the affected item.
- A free, expedited replacement of the exact item originally ordered.
How to Request a Resolution
To resolve an issue with a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at help@stamppet.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number in the email subject line.
- Attach a clear photograph of the item showcasing the physical defect or printing error.
Once our team reviews the provided photos and confirms the error, we will immediately process your chosen resolution (refund or replacement). In most cases, you will not be required to ship the defective item back to us.
Sizing and Customer Errors
We encourage you to review your order details and our sizing guides carefully before submitting your purchase. We do not offer refunds or complimentary exchanges if the incorrect size or garment color was selected at checkout, or if the original photo uploaded was of low resolution, resulting in a suboptimal print.
