Hey there. We’re STAMPPET. We built this site because we love pets and wanted a simple way to put them on merch. We don’t love corporate jargon, so we’ve written this Privacy Policy to be as clear and straightforward as possible about what we do (and don’t do) with your information.
1. The Photos & The AI (The Important Stuff)
You’re trusting us with photos of your best friends, and we take that seriously.

How we process them: We use Google’s Gemini image models to transform your pet’s photo into the styles you see on our site.

Storage: We keep your uploaded photos on our secure servers for a limited time. We do this strictly for quality control—basically, to make sure the transformations are coming out looking great and to troubleshoot if something goes wrong.

AI Training: We do not currently use your photos to train AI models. Down the road, we may build our own AI to help keep costs down for you. If we ever decide to use customer photos to train our own systems, we will update this policy and let you know first. Other than generating the art for your merch, your photos aren’t used for anything else.
2. What Information We Collect & Why
To get a custom hoodie from our site to your front door, we need a few basic details:

Account Information (Name, Email, Password): You have to create an account to use STAMPPET. Why? Because running our AI costs us money, and requiring accounts helps us stop bots from abusing the system. It also lets you track your orders.

Shipping Information: We need your address so we can actually send you your stuff.

Payment Details: We use WooCommerce and Stripe to handle all payments securely. We never see, process, or store your actual credit card numbers. Stripe handles all of that on their secure end.
3. How We Share Your Information
We aren’t in the business of selling your data. We only share the bare minimum required to run STAMPPET:

Our Printing Partners: We use a local Print-On-Demand service right here in Brooklyn. We share your transformed pet image and your shipping address with them so they can print and mail your order.

Payment Processors: As mentioned, Stripe securely processes your checkout.
4. Emails & Tracking

Marketing Emails: We will only send you marketing emails or newsletters if you explicitly opt-in and check the box saying you want them. Otherwise, the only emails you’ll get from us are receipts, shipping updates, and account notices.

Cookies: Right now, we do not use cookies or tracking pixels on our site. If we decide to add basic analytics in the future (just to see how many people are visiting the site), we will update this policy.
5. Your Rights
It’s your data and your pet’s face. If you ever want us to delete your account, wipe your data, or remove your uploaded photos from our servers, just ask.
